Located in Kelowna, BC, you will be an essential contributor reporting to the C&EM Program Manager. Your responsibilities will include crafting customer-oriented programs, managing budgets, and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day program operations and compliance

• Identify innovative partnerships to drive energy savings

• Develop detailed program applications and communications

• Lead the improvement of capacity mitigation initiatives

• Track performance metrics and financial resources

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field and 3+ years of program experience

• Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred

• Previous utility DSM program experience valued

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budgets

• Excellent organizational and team management skills
