Paladin Airport Security Services based at Kelowna International Airport is seeking a Regional Field Manager to oversee daily checkpoint operations and deliver exceptional screening services.
You will lead RSDMs, RCRCs and SOs, ensure KPI/SLA performance, coach staff, and coordinate with the Regional Operations Manager. A strong asset is experience in aviation security and working in a unionized environment.
