• Manage daily transit operations and staffing coordination

• Address employee relations consistently and professionally

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in operations or facilities management

• Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance

• Experience in public transit operations is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
