Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Produce Manager on priorities

• Set daily team objectives and pace

• Coach team members in sales and product knowledge

• Help maintain operational standards through checklists

• Record and report inventory discrepancies

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ supervisory experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Skillful in decision-making and organizational tasks

• Background in food service or retail advantageous

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members
