Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations ensuring a dignified client experience

• Manage food and inventory processes to optimize efficiency

• Ensure adherence to food safety and operational policies

• Lead and mentor staff and volunteer teams

• Engage with community organizations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in operations or community leadership

• Demonstrated team leadership experience

• Willingness to learn food safety practices

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
