As a part-time Pastor, you will help foster spiritual growth among our members while connecting deeply with individuals in our warm, Christian environment. With a focus on creative outreach strategies, this role emphasizes teaching the Word and supporting community development rather than numbers alone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach biblical principles to congregants

• Model outreach initiatives to engage the community

• Nurture personal relationships with church members

• Support the church’s growth in faith over size

• Assist in working towards an affiliation with the Evangelical Free Church

Requirements:

• Previous pastoral experience preferred

• Commitment to a bi-vocational or part-time role

• Passion for community engagement and outreach

• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling

• Willingness to collaborate with church leadership
