Part-Time Volunteer Coordinator

As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will cultivate Christian ministry in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate community-focused volunteer programs

• Coordinate volunteer placements and schedules with care teams

• Recruit and screen volunteers from local churches

• Train volunteers on safety protocols and Baptist values

• Plan events to recognize and retain volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or equivalent experience

• Minimum two years in volunteer management

• Valid First Aid Certificate required

• Access to transportation for community travel

• Adherence to Baptist Housing's Statement of Faith
