Christian Volunteer Coordinator

In this part-time role, you will collaborate with chaplains and community partners to ensure volunteers are effectively meeting residents’ needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and enhance volunteer initiatives for seniors

• Coordinate and support volunteer placements across communities

• Recruit volunteers through local church partnerships

• Provide training and ongoing support to volunteers

• Analyze feedback to improve volunteer experiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Minimum of two years in a volunteer management role

• Obtain a valid First Aid Certificate

• Access to a vehicle for transportation

• Commitment to Baptist Housing's Statement of Faith
