In this role, you will engage with partners such as Thompson Rivers University and not-for-profit organizations. Develop a strong understanding of partner needs to facilitate research opportunities and provide valuable guidance on Mitacs programs. Your ability to coordinate and manage projects will directly impact regional innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with academic and community partners to identify needs
• Build working relationships with key stakeholders and organizations
• Organize presentations, workshops, and information sessions
• Conduct outreach and maintain responsive service to partners
• Monitor regional developments and institutional priorities
Requirements:
• Advanced degree or a combination of relevant experience
• Experience in academia, industry, or not-for-profit settings
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Resident in Kelowna with ability to travel as needed
