PARC, a leader in senior independent living, is looking for a Lead Server to enhance the dining experience for our residents. You’ll lead the service staff, maintain high standards of appearance, and ensure that meals are served safely and pleasingly. This position is designed for someone passionate about service and dedicated to improving daily interactions in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate dining room service
• Serve meals while adhering to safe food practices
• Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere for residents
• Mentor and train the dining team effectively
• Communicate between kitchen and service staff
Requirements:
• 3+ years serving experience in hospitality or senior living
• Valid Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certifications
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Effective communicator with a keen attention to detail
• Empathy for seniors' needs and family interactions
