A&W Restaurants is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead operations in West Kelowna. This role emphasizes leadership, financial insight, and exceptional customer service.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and operational efficiency of the restaurant. This position aims to enhance guest satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Your strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities will be essential in managing the team and driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Balance operational goals for quality and service
• Monitor P&L, manage costs, and achieve profitability
• Recruit and mentor hourly staff
• Maintain health and safety compliance
• Host staff meetings and promote open communication
Requirements:
• 3 years of management experience in restaurants
• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• Strong understanding of operational standards
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
