Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise team operations from lunch to dinner

• Tackle issues proactively to find solutions
Requirements:
• At least two years in high-end serving roles
• Relevant management experience is a plus
• WSET II or equivalent knowledge needed
• Servicing It Right certification required
