As a Food Service Associate, you will greet guests warmly and accurately enter orders into the POS system. Your responsibilities also include processing payments, maintaining equipment, and cleaning work areas. This position requires strong communication skills to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Accurately process orders through the POS system
• Handle customer payments and return change
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and equipment
• Complete required opening and closing checklists
Requirements:
• Minimum six months food service experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong customer service problem-solving skills
• Capability to operate payment and ordering systems
