Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate meals in line with safety regulations

• Assist with cooking and adhering to dietary restrictions

• Maintain inventory and manage food orders

• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep areas

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education required

• Experience in large volume cooking and plating

• Valid food handler’s certificate is essential

• Strong knife skills and attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
