Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and careBuild lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the salePresent vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financingFollow up with leads and existing customers using CRM toolsWork collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless serviceMeet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targetsPerformance Essentials
Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is an asset, but not required)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetValid driver’s license with a clean abstractWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsBannister Accessories
