The Drive Ahead
Guide customers through financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance optionsPrepare and review accurate paperwork, including titles, liens, taxes, and contractsSubmit applications and secure approvals with lending institutionsPresent and upgrade manufacturer warranty and protection productsMaintain finance records and handle post-delivery inquiriesSupport the Sales team in maximizing profits while ensuring customer satisfactionTrain Sales Consultants on Finance Office products and processesStay current on federal and provincial regulationsPerformance Essentials
Previous experience in an Automotive Business Office or related roleKnowledge of leasing, financing, and insurance productsVSA Certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience with Route One and Dealer Track (an asset)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentValid driver’s license with a clean abstractA professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitudeLocated in Canada or legally able to work in CanadaBannister Accessories
