- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies across outreach, marketing, and training initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with utility partners and industry stakeholders to enhance program visibility
- Minimum of 15+ years in business development or technical sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in the energy industry with experience in commercial and industrial customers
- Technical or engineering degree/background and existing C&I trade ally network
- Proven success in customer engagement strategies and trade ally partnerships
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Visionary leadership with the ability to create actionable plans
- Skilled collaborator across cross-functional and multi-location teams
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (implementation, use, and development)
- Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Willingness to travel within Canada (short trips, up to once/month)
