This full‑time role is split between the office and local dealerships. Once fully trained, you will earn a competitive salary plus commission, giving you strong earning potential based on your performance. The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $21.80 to $27.25 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role and internal equity.

As an Insurance Advisor, Dealer Auto Services you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships, and help us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

• Level 1 Insurance License (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

• Sell ICBC and private auto insurance products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and dealership partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and team members
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional insurance products
• Meet or exceed sales targets
