What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified homeowners (in office + Virtually + occasional home visits)
Present solar solutions clearly and confidently
Help clients understand financing and long-term value
Follow a proven sales process while adapting on the fly
Work with a tight-knit, fun, fast-moving team
Follow up like you mean it
What You Need
Solid sales experience
Strong understanding of financing
Smart, quick thinker who can learn independently
A reliable vehicle for occasional site visits
Solar experience is a strong asset
Culture fit: fun, honest, hardworking, wants long-term stability
Compensation & Schedule
Base salary + commission
Full-time, Mon–Fri 9–5 , with some weekends
Long-term role with room to grow
