The Dufresne Group is inviting candidates to join the Ashley Canada team in Kelowna. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, helping to elevate the performance of your Sales Associates. This role requires strong leadership to meet sales goals, develop strategic plans, and provide exceptional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set and achieve sales goals with Associates
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
• Recruit and develop Sales Associates for growth
• Monitor competition for pricing and service trends
Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience in a retail setting
• Supervisor experience in team-oriented roles
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and coaching skills
