Sales and Merchandising Representative

Labatt Breweries, founded in 1856, is a leading Canadian brewer committed to quality. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our sales and marketing team.

Salary: $51,000 per annum.

• Pipeline role; develop sales and industry knowledge for future Sales Representative position.
• Support customer promotions including product displays, media collateral, and events.
• Build and update merchandising tools and promotional materials across sales channels.
• Assist regional sales and marketing activations.
• Participate in brand experience promotions.
• Create route‑to‑market plans for restaurants, bars, and large retail stores.
• Maintain relationships with Labatt’s extensive customer network.
• Conduct in‑person sales calls and manage customer portfolio accountability.

• Full, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Available to work full‑time on a flexible schedule.
• Post‑secondary education required.
• Passion for building relationships with diverse people.
• Interest in learning sales from ground‑up.
• Assertive, self‑motivated, with leadership skills.
• Good direction‑taking ability and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Outstanding time management, coordination and prioritization.
• Experience in customer service, merchandising, hospitality, or sales is an asset.
