Become the essential first point of contact for customers as a Service Advisor at BCAA in Kelowna. Help protect their homes and vehicles while promoting tailored insurance solutions.
BCAA is seeking a Service Advisor who will engage customers directly to promote its insurance offerings. This role requires at least two years of experience in sales and service, a passion for helping others, and the goal of becoming an Insurance Advisor. Team collaboration and a commitment to exceptional customer service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and promote BCAA insurance products
• Collaborate for ideal coverage recommendations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers
• Work with team members to achieve sales goals
• Participate in training and licensing processes
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a sales and service environment
• Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to obtain
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials required
• Good standing with Insurance Council of BC
• Proficient with MS Office technologies
