Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves cultivating relationships with clients and dealerships within your community. You will creatively utilize various ICBC and private insurance products to meet client needs while processing a range of transactions. Your skills in sales and customer service will be crucial as you work towards performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and dealership reps
• Offer tailored ICBC and private insurance products
• Handle a variety of auto insurance transactions
• Generate new business by cross-selling insurance lines
• Meet and exceed performance targets regularly
Requirements:
• Level 2 General Insurance License is a plus
• Exceptional skills in customer service and sales
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Able to handle a busy work environment
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
