Join Master Brand Cabinets as a Territory Sales Representative in Southern Alberta and Interior B.C. Drive growth in the Dealer, Home Center, and Home Builder sectors with your sales expertise. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of proven outside sales success. You will promote the Master Brand product portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new leads.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Master Brand products according to strategic plans
- Build and maintain customer relationships across your territory
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
- Provide detailed training on product offerings to customers
- Track performance and report financial impacts as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, cabinetry preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Self-starter with strong research and prospecting abilities
