Location: Oliver
Join Pinnacle Equipment as a Key Account Manager focusing on sales in the Oliver region. Lead sales efforts and mentor your team while ensuring exceptional customer service.
This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, responsible for engaging with key customers regarding equipment sales. You will mentor staff across sales, parts, and service sectors, ensuring a customer-centric focus and achieving revenue targets. By aligning with company objectives, you will help enhance overall market performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover sales for key customers to meet revenue goals
• Efficiently manage territory to maximize sales
• Mentor and support the sales team for effective operations
• Collaborate with branch operations for streamlined service
• Adhere to safety and organizational standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years in sales and marketing
• Ability to build effective client relationships
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
