As an Outside Account Manager, you will manage everything from product sales and shipping to customer conflict resolution. This role requires collaboration with the Division Manager to formulate effective sales strategies while attending trade shows and marketing events. You will engage in outbound calls to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the customer relationship
• Initiate the sales process by identifying key decision-makers
• Support marketing efforts at trade shows and events
• Handle inbound prospect inquiries and convert them into sales
• Manage pricing, logistics, and accounts receivable
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience
• Familiarity with building supply products is an asst
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Strong selling and problem-solving skills
• High motivation and target-driven mindset
