Take charge as the initial contact for insurance customers at BCAA in Kelowna. This Service Advisor role emphasizes personalized service and product promotion for all insurance needs.
BCAA is looking for a Service Advisor with at least two years of experience in a service-oriented sales environment. You will help customers find the right insurance solutions while working towards becoming an Insurance Advisor. Engaging with customers in person and over the phone is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and promote BCAA insurance offerings
• Collaborate with teams for coverage recommendations
• Discover cost-saving options aligned with customer needs
• Work closely to provide outstanding customer service
• Engage in ongoing training and licensing compliance
Requirements:
• Two years in sales/service field
• Level 1 Insurance license is a must
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials within three months
• Clean history with Insurance Council of BC
• Comfort with MS Office applications
