Multi-Power Products, a renowned manufacturer of drilling equipment, is hiring a Sales and Parts Support Specialist. You will manage inquiries about parts, pricing, and provide vital technical assistance. Your expertise in relationships will help cultivate customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and manage customer inquiries on parts
• Create and deliver accurate price quotes to customers
• Process parts orders with attention to detail and accuracy
• Assist customers with technical specifications and troubleshooting
• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the sales process
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a motivation for improvement
• Experience in sales preferred; drill parts experience an asset
• Comfort with ERP and Microsoft 365 tools
• High school graduate or equivalent
