In this pivotal role, you will act as the main point of contact and expert in Facility Supplies, guiding sales representatives to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include strategy development with the Sales Manager, product training, and direct customer engagements to enhance client relationships. Participation in business reviews will add value while actively contributing to the corporate program upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Coach representatives on facility product lines
• Support sales calls with Account Managers
• Review business accounts to maximize impact
• Offer insights for product selection and training
Requirements:
• Preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of five years in relevant sales
• Strong knowledge in safety and facility products
• Valid driver’s license and car required
• Familiar with Staples sales tools
