As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting Sales Reps and customers throughout your territory while actively promoting Ball Flora Plant's innovative products. Develop strategies for market growth and engage with key players in the industry. A strong background in horticulture and a passion for building relationships is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to enhance sales performance
• Develop and implement growth strategies for your territory
• Promote products to growers and suppliers
• Attend marketing and trade events for brand representation
• Facilitate product sampling for industry influencers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or similar field preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated customer relationship-building skills
