You will work closely with the Sales Manager and various departments, acting as a hub for coordination among Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance. The position demands accuracy in documentation and the efficiency to manage a busy workflow, essential for driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales activities and schedule follow-ups
• Track leads and opportunities in the CRM system
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate sales documentation
• Support the preparation of customer communications and presentations
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of administrative experience in sales support
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
