We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor, Dealer Auto Services
. Westland Insurance is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Hybrid Road Agent to join our team.

This full‑time role is split between the office and local dealerships. Once fully trained, you will earn a competitive salary plus commission, giving you strong earning potential based on your performance.

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $21.80 to $27.25 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships and help grow our presence and profile in the local community.
• Sell ICBC and private auto insurance products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and dealership partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and team members.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional insurance products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

• Level 1 Insurance License (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Professional, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
