Drive sales success as a Sales Administrator, supporting the team through exceptional coordination and documentation processes. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency and communication within sales operations.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager, acting as the hub between Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales documentation and managing the CRM database effectively. With a strong emphasis on organization, this role requires balancing multiple tasks in a customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales documentation and prepare proposals
• Coordinate updates to the sales pipeline
• Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems
• Process sales orders and communicate updates
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in sales support or administrative roles
• Experience in an industrial or service environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
