The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key contact for purchasers, Realtors, and visitors at a presentation centre. You will ensure a professional experience and manage various operational aspects like documentation and customer communications. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to maintain high-quality client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming experience for all visitors
• Answer inquiries and connect clients with team members
• Support daily operation of the presentation centre
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Avesdo
• Assist with offer administration and documentation
Requirements:
• Valid British Columbia Real Estate licence
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong computer skills and tech adaptability
• Detail-oriented and organized in tasks
• Effective communicator with clients and team members
