Part-Time Events Ambassador BC

Job Purpose

The Part‑Time Event Brand Ambassador represents Renewal by Andersen at local events, trade shows, home shows, and community activations. This role is responsible for engaging homeowners, educating them on Renewal by Andersen products and services, and setting qualified appointments using the proven Renewal by Andersen / Dunn Group methodology.

Event Brand Ambassadors are the frontline of the brand and play a key role in creating a positive first impression while consistently meeting appointment‑setting and performance expectations.

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at assigned events including home shows, fairs, festivals, retail partnerships, and community events.
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional, and confident conversations.
• Educate homeowners on products, promotions, and the in‑home consultation process.
• Set qualified appointments for in‑home consultations with Design Consultants.
• Follow approved scripts, talking points, and qualification standards.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and booth presentation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming event space.
• Work assigned shifts reliably and on time.
• Support the Event Coordinator and team during live events.

• Accurately capture homeowner information and appointment details.
• Enter leads into designated systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to data privacy, compliance, and brand standards.
• Participate in required training, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Deliver a positive, respectful homeowner experience at every interaction.
• Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout events.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.

• Prior experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles.
• Sales, appointment‑setting, or brand ambassador experience.
• Familiarity with tablets or mobile lead‑entry systems.

$20 - $20 an hour

$20/ Hourly Pay + Performance‑based incentive
