Customer Service Rep, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM, Bilingual
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team at our Penticton location. As an Inside Sales & Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer orders and addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and product availability. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth sales experience for our customers by providing prompt responses, delivering professional customer service, and demonstrating accurate product knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities- Answering phone calls, emails, and helping walk‑in customers in a professional manner.
- Provide best‑in‑class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
- Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
- Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements.
- Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the same or similar industry is a definite asset.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
- Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of Fasteners & Tools products and services.
- Self‑starter who takes initiative in getting things done.
- A team player with a "can‑do" attitude.
