Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative for Cintas, you will provide solutions to customers’ work apparel needs, including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, use the CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Compensation
The total compensation range for this role is between $60,000 and $150,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
