In this full-time role, you will support the Specialist and Sales team with Rockwell Automation and partner products. You will leverage your expertise in electrical, electronics, and instrumentation fields to foster strong relationships with national customers, ensuring they find optimal automation solutions. Assisting in order processing and remaining informed on industry trends are also integral to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales team with Rockwell Automation product queries
• Provide expert product recommendations to customers
• Develop robust customer relationships for long-term success
• Process orders and quotations via Dynamics 365
• Follow up on quotes to secure orders
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in industrial automation and electrical distribution
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and travel as needed
