This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed and orders processed efficiently. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for counter sales, product returns, and sourcing materials when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service at the counter and over the phone

• Process orders accurately in the system for customers

• Source materials when out of stock to meet customer needs

• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area and counter

• Merchandise and showcase products effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, or Heating is an asset

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proven self-motivation and ability to work in a team

• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic work setting
