EECOL Quotations Specialist Position

As a Quotations Specialist at EECOL, you will be integral to generating bids and proposals for prospective clients. You will leverage your 2 to 5 years of related experience to manage supplier communications, pricing negotiations, and ensure the timely submission of final quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential projects for bid and compile material requirements

• Communicate with suppliers about specifications and pricing

• Supervise negotiations with customers and suppliers

• Prepare customer quotations based on provided data

• Follow up on outstanding quotations with sales and customers

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Bachelor's preferred

• 2 to 5 years related experience required

• 2+ years experience with customer interactions

• Ability to read and interpret specifications

• Strong math, analytical, and communication skills
