We are MAKRs – Our common goal, our passion, is to create global communities connected through play and social experiences. The MAKR Group is comprised of three brands:
Waterplay
, a global splash pad provider;
Parkworks
, a Western Canadian park space supplier; and Wekid Mfg., Canada’s most playfully professional steel manufacturing team.
With tens of thousands of play and park space installations worldwide, we’ve helped millions of people of all ages and abilities access fun, inviting, and “go-backable” recreation spaces. What makes us jump out of bed every morning is knowing we’re integral to creating these meaningful places, and we need people like you to help us build them!
You are a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving consistent revenue growth. You understand how to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, and you bring a data-informed approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and market planning.
You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at developing strong customer partnerships, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to support your team. You coach with intention, lead with accountability, and create a culture where people are motivated to achieve—and exceed—targets.
Above all, you are a communicator, a collaborator, and a problem-solver who can influence at all levels of the organization. You bring curiosity, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
You inject fun into all aspects of your work and invite others to do the same. We’re a different kind of company, and we’re looking for a different kind of individual to join our team!
