As a Quotations Specialist with EECOL, you'll develop bid documents while ensuring timely information flow between teams.
Your role is crucial for maintaining accurate proposals and facilitating discussions with suppliers and clients. Candidates should possess exceptional communication and analytical skills to thrive in this supportive environment while leveraging 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate material requirements for potential projects
• Clarify material specifications with suppliers
• Negotiate terms with customers and suppliers
• Prepare and coordinate final quotation submissions
• Maintain pricing catalogs and communicate with account teams
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Bachelor’s preferred
• 2 to 5 years related experience required
• 2+ years of customer and supplier interactions
• Strong math and analytical skills needed
• Competence in reading specifications and blueprints
