As a Cemetery Sales Associate, you will serve as a primary contact for families, assisting with at-need and pre-need arrangements.
Your role is vital in generating revenue while ensuring that families feel supported and valued. By fostering trust-based relationships, you will create opportunities for referrals, helping more families understand the importance of pre-planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and build community networks daily
• Respond to client inquiries with genuine concern
• Develop long-term relationships with families
• Review previous interactions to support current needs
• Collaborate with cemetery staff for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of college education or similar experience
• Background in customer service or sales desired
• Clean driver's license with acceptable record
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to earn presentation certification quickly
