As a vital member of the team, you will transform complex soil data into tangible outcomes for vineyard health and nutrient management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement research-based practices that support both immediate and long-term goals. Your passion for applied science will help define the standards of excellence in our vineyards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design vine-based fertilizer programs for vineyards
• Lead research on soil health and sustainability
• Oversee integration of GIS and soil datasets
• Provide soil-driven insights to vineyard management
• Mentor teams on best practices in soil science
Requirements:
• Degree in Soil Science, Environmental Science, or related
• 5 years of soil-related experience in agriculture
• Strong understanding of soil properties and GIS
• Experience with soil electrical conductivity mapping
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
