PRI is expanding its Environmental Group and seeks a Junior Biologist to support diverse ecology projects. You will collaborate with senior staff in both fieldwork and office settings. This position focuses on species-at-risk surveys, habitat assessments, and more, across sectors like mining and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with wildlife and habitat field studies
• Organize and record field data correctly
• Support ecological data analysis under supervision
• Help draft technical reports compliant with regulations
• Participate in desktop research and mapping tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related discipline
• Interest in registering as Biologist-in-Training
• Fresh graduates welcome, no experience necessary
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence and vehicle access
• Ability to work in varied terrain and conditions
