As an integral member of SLR’s Ecology and Biodiversity practice, you'll drive significant projects in mining and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass project coordination, aquatic field program oversight, and regulatory compliance. Mentorship of junior staff will be essential, ensuring high-quality execution of field operations and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all facets of project execution and delivery
• Direct aquatic field programs focusing on water quality studies
• Analyze data using statistical software for reporting
• Navigate complex regulatory frameworks for compliance
• Foster professional development among junior staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline
• 7+ years in ecological consulting; minimum 3 in project management
• Eligible for RPBio registration
• Expertise in aquatic field protocols and investigations
• Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills
