• 2nd year Apprentice: 2-3 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 1st year plumbing technical training.
• 3rd year Apprentice: 3-4 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 2nd year plumbing technical training.
• 4th year Apprentice: 4-5 years of general construction and/or plumbing experience. Successful completion of 3rd year plumbing technical training.

• We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with an hourly wage of $27.35 - $29.65 per hour for 2nd year apprentices, $33.50 - $35.80 per hour for 3rd year apprentices, and $38.10 - $41.50 per hour for 4th year apprentices.

• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 8 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.
