As a Mechanic at Sunbelt Rentals, you will focus on providing exceptional service through diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of our diverse fleet. This role is essential for minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability. You’ll work in our shop and occasionally attend site calls, contributing proactively to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on equipment

• Repair diesel and heavy equipment safely

• Attend site calls as needed when on call

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems

• Maintain high safety standards while working

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience with diesel or heavy equipment preferred

• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

• Mechanic’s tools of the trade required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
