Hotel Maintenance Technician at Sandman

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the Sandman Hotel's facilities are well-maintained and operational. Your expertise will cover HVAC systems, drywall repairs, and outdoor landscaping, responding to guests' requests swiftly to enhance their stay. Your commitment to safety and your attention to detail will keep our hotel at peak condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance of pools and hot tubs

• Perform heating and air conditioning system inspections

• Complete drywall repairs and surface painting

• Maintain hotel grounds and landscaping year-round

• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience

• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Prepared to complete Pool Operator's Course
