Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician West

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventative building maintenance in our apartment complexes. This full-time position involves various tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and assisting tenants by maintaining a safe and functional living environment. Your expertise in HVAC and safety systems will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance in occupied apartments

• Clean and maintain common areas and ensure functionality of safety systems

• Conduct monthly inspections and timely repairs throughout buildings

• Handle physically demanding tasks using ladders and power tools

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and time sheets

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in HVAC and building maintenance

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
